Pretty Problem

I was the girl who changed her ways, just to keep you close for days Lost my colors, lost my light, trying to make your wrong feel right Now I'm standing in the mirror, a little stronger, a little clearer New dress, new smile, new energy, finally becoming the real me You thought I'd cry, you thought I'd break, you thought my heart was yours to take But every scar you left behind turned into diamonds in my mind I'm your pretty problem, the one you can't forget The girl you thought you lost is the best you haven't met No more tears, no more running, look at me, I'm something You had me, let me go, now you watch me steal the show Oh, I'm glowing now, oh, you see me somehow You lost a girl who loved you true, I found a girl I never knew New city lights, new favorite song, dancing like I've been free all along I don't need your name, my story, I'm the reason behind my glory Maybe you'll remember my eyes, the girl you left behind But I won't go back again, I'm not that girl inside I'm your pretty problem, but I'm my own masterpiece The girl who used to beg for love now knows she's everything No more tears, no more waiting, my new life is just beginning You had me, let me go, now watch me steal the show Pretty problem, pretty powerful, pretty me
